(Bill W) March 7, 2015 – Ohio Logistics returns as the title sponsor for this year’s 27th Annual Brad Doty Classic.  The event, sanctioned by the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will be heldWednesday, July 15 at Limaland Motorsports Park in Lima, Ohio.

Ohio Logistics is based in Findlay, Ohio, and this will be the eighth year partnering with the Brad Doty Classic.  Chuck Bills is the president of one of the nation’s largest privately held logistic companies.  Ohio Logistics provides innovative warehousing, distribution and transportation services to clients with local or global logistic requirements.

“We’re really excited to have Ohio Logistics with us again,” says race co-promoter Brad Doty.  “I’ve gotten to know Chuck Bills and his family over the years.  They’ve been a great supporter of this race, and have played a large part in building this into the event that it has become.”

This year will mark the eleventh consecutive that the World of Outlaws have sanctioned the Brad Doty Classic.  Last year, Nashville, Tennessee’s Paul McMahan emerged victorious.  Kerry Madsen was second, ahead of Daryn Pittman, Donny Schatz and James McFadden.  McMahan became the 21st different winner in the 25 Brad Doty Classic features contested (one was rained out).

If they ran a support division I'd probably make the trip down there but for 1 division it has too much down time

I actually think this is always one of the best races of the year. I don't mind them not having a support division with it being a Wednesday. Everyone is able to get out of the track at a decent time and I typically can made it up home around 11:30 and not have to take a day off work. The track crew does a great job with keeping the program going and the track in great conditions. Last year during qualifying several drivers broke the track record. I forget how many in a row but there for a while each driver that went out set quick time. Always a great week of racing for Ohio with the Doty then Kings Royal weekend. This year the Lou Blaney Memorial is the weekend before for 10K with the All Stars.
