3rd Annual Midwest Sprint Clinic

Presented by: EMI Sprint Cars, Mark Burch Motorsports & Eagle Raceway
Held at Lincoln’s Lancaster Event Center
4100 N 84th St, Lincoln, NE 68507
January 10th 2015 from 9AM-4PM

(Eagle Raceway's Banquet is the same day at 5PM, which is also at the Lancaster Event Center. So you do not have to miss one or the other)


Cost $25.00 per person (includes lunch & refreshments) Please call
402-238-2595 to reserve and pay for the clinic before January 5th by calling 402-238-2595. Space is limited. First call first reserve.

Agenda:
8-9AM Open House
9AM Introduction
9:15AM Installation of front axle, radius rods, tethers, bars, shocks, caster & camber etc. squaring and blocking procedures
10AM Rear differential installation, radius rods & lengths, Jacobs ladder, torque tube, u joint and spring, driveshaft length, tethers, bars, arms, birdcage timing and blocking procedure.
12-1PM Lunch
1-4PM A) Wing Designs, wing placement (front and top), cover effect of: offset boards, dished or flat, excessive angle, wicker bill, rudders.
B) Tires- Brands, treating, grooving, syping, directional tires, wheel width, wheel
offset, bleeders, making tires last, when to get new tires.
C) Shocks- Body up or down, STD valving (when), split valving (when), gas vs. oil, mono or twin the mixing mono or twin, adjustable vs. standard shocks, base valves, checking shocks.
D) Steering and Brakes
E) Changes to meet track conditions
F) Total car maintenance, weekly, nightly, end of year.
