On Saturday, November 15th, McLain Motorsports will be hosting their Third Annual Carolina Sprint Car Flea Market in Indian Trail, NC.
With each year growing bigger and better, this year looks to be no different. After a successful season of sprint car racing in the Carolinas with rising car counts and standing room only grandstands, there is no reason our flea market shouldn’t experience the same type of success.
Last year’s event included the STP Outlaw show car and rig, Tony Grams’ Carolina Sprint Car, World of Outlaw CEO Brian Carter, RaceSaver Founder French Grimes, and Pete Walton of the United Sprint Car Series. Local crew chief legend, Jeff McCall gave a two hour seminar on chassis setup and sprint car maintenance. That was followed by each promoter giving a series review and preview for the up and coming season.
This year’s event will kick off around 6AM and should follow the same format of last year’s success along with a few exciting additions to be named later on. As always, it is free to sell. We can provide electricity and you also have the option of setting up indoors or outdoors. If you choose the former, get there early as space is limited!

Everyone be sure to check out Chris Seelman's website, www.chrisseelman.com, for all your sprint car photo needs. She will set up shop at the flea market to print off fresh prints of any photo that peaks your interest. It's also the perfect time to put in your hero card orders with her and maybe design a t-shirt or two...

As many of you know, Brent Seelman and Chris Seelman's SUV was broken into on Friday night after the World Finals and all their stuff was stolen (Computers, Cameras, Radios, etc)...
I will be calling teams and business in the next few days to see about donating racing memorabilia. Whatever I can collect will be auctioned off around lunch time at the flea market with the donations going toward getting Brent and Chris back on track. Literally!
If anyone has anything they'd like to donate or auction off, let me know. I know its short notice, I've just been doing my best to get people to the flea market and really haven't concentrated on the charity side. I'm only one man!
