We tried holding out, but persistent rain is forcing us to cancel tonight's big race at LoneStar Speedway.

Due to the lateness of the season and other track schedules, this race will not be rescheduled.

Next up at LoneStar is the $34,000 Turkey Nationals on Saturday Nov. 29.
