Schatz on WoO hot streak; sets stage for Nodak homecoming, Sunday August 17
Minot, ND (8/13/14) by DarinShort.com. As the sprint car world's "Month of Money" comes to an end, Minot North Dakota's Donny Schatz continues to ride the wave of success heading into this Sunday night's World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series (WoO) event at Nodak Speedway.
Schatz is no stranger to World of Outlaws STP Sprint Car Series winner's circle at his hometown track of Nodak Speedway, and has taken the checkers first the past two years in a row.
The pit area opens at 2pm this Sunday, while the grandstands open at 4pm. Hot laps fire off at 6:30pm with time trials to follow. Joining the Sprint Cars will be the I.M.C.A. Stock Car division.
