I never met the man, but apperantly we have 2 great loves in common. I own a Big Green Egg Smoker, and have joined many groups, message boards to help with cooking. I had to do a double take when i saw a recipe for Car Wash ribs. And then it went on to talk about Carwash Mike. Here it is for you all to enjoy.

Not to rain on the parade, but the CarWash Mike in question with the big green egg is not the same as our beloved CarWash Mike from California. Odd coincidence I must admit!
