Donny Schatz is racing his Late Model in the Hibbing, Minnesota, World of Outlaws Late Model race tonight. The race audio is being broadcast on dirtvision.com. I can't say that I know of any WoO Sprint Drivers off the top of my head who have also competed in WoO Late Model races. Some of my favorite drivers from Cedar Lake are up there tonight, Brent Larson, Pat Doar, John Kaanta, Jimmy Mars, it should be a fun one to listen to.

Schatz didn't transfer through his Heat but he just won the first B. Harry Hanson 2nd and Brent Larson 3rd are the three transfers. Rain a couple hours out so they're rushing the show along. Jimmy Mars on the pole for the Main event, Rick Eckert starts outside the first row. Sounds like a good show. They just had UMSS Sprints up there on Saturday night. Cody Hahn won that one. The UMSS moved down the road a few miles to Proctor, Minnesota, on Sunday where Brooke Tatnell won. The WoO Late Models will be traveling to southern Minnesota for the Gopher 50 tomorrow night. I'll be setting the camera gear aside for the night and heading out on the road with a band. We'll pick it back up with Sprints on Saturday night. Lots of racing up here during our brief flirtation with nice weather.
