what is the differnce in years of "full time" WoO status? wasn't there a long stretch that Sammy was off the tour when he was running the 12x, 5, and 83jr cars? and other then when Steve jumped ship was he always full time WoO?

Neither have raced full time with the WOO. Both took some time away for NASCAR, Both took time away for USA. I'm pretty certain Steve has run more years points chasing than Sammy.
