The King has left the track for the last Time. The World of Outlaws rolled into Lakeside for the Kinser final tour stop at the speedway. Wow it was a good one.
The track was super quick as we had rains late Friday night and Saturday morning that left the track tackie and quick. Paul McMahan set a new track record of 13.304 with an average of 135.298 miles per hour. This time would be broke by Sammy Swindell in the poll qualifier but is not official because it did not happen in the timed runs.
Needless to say this was a motor track and it really showed in the heat races as the cars got pretty strung out during the races. The feature was a good race for the good crowd as their was a race for the lead early and a challenge late in the raced for the leader.
let's go racing with the World of Outlaws at Lakeside Speedway, enjoy.
