Jack Cunningham had a short career in racing owning cars from 1952 thru the 69 season. What was packed into those seasons any car owner would have dremed of.
The drivers that drove for Jack threw the midget years were a who's who of drivers from that era.      Jud Larson, Bill Chennault, Buddy Gale, Carl Williams, Bill Burdick, Eddie McVay, Joe Walter, and Bob Tattersall.
Thinking in 1966 that his run with racing was over Cunningham sold out his midget team.
By 67 he was back in racing and had 3 more successful years winning the Knoxville Nationals with Thad Dosher at the wheel in 1967. It only gets better after that as "Tiger Bob" Williams take over the seat and they win the several big sprint car races around the United States plus 46 features in 1969.
Jack decides to go out a winner and retires from racing for good but not before he notices his place in the history books in Kansas City Racing.
