The 2014 Petaluma Speedway Rules have been posted and can be downloaded via (.pdf) file from the www.petaluma-speedway.com website.
Just wanted to bring it to the attention to the members of this board, specifically Wingless Spec Sprint Competitors, the following rule change.
Pit Stop USA Spec Sprints - Rule 11, Cars requiring assistance at initial start of heat race or dash: go to the back of the pack. Cars requiring assistance at the initial start of a semi main or main event will be penalized 'eight' positions. No penalty for requiring assistance during caution or red flag restart.
General Rules - Qualifying 14.5 - A competitor may switch to another qualified car but will have to start from the rear of the next scheduled event.
14.6 - Once a competitor takes the green flag in any race, they cannot change cars.
