Part 2:  What we did with the charity money...

This is such a cool story!  With everyone's helped that played, watched, walked by, whatever we raised $420!  I then took that money and handed it off to friends of mine and they raised it to $1000!!!!  We donated it to a friend of everyone's at the Chili Bowl that helps to run the place that has been diagnosed with cancer.  When they presented him with them money, he was so humble and wanted to donate it back.  He eventually took it and thanked everyone over and over again.  It is nice to see money go to someone that is not only appreciate, but unfortunately in need.  I am glad that we could do something to help!

Thank you to each and every person that donated to this pot.  Every year we donate to someone in need at Chili Bowl if it's a driver, crew member, official, fan, whatever.  I am proud of what we do every year.  Thank you again everyone!

Got done working & have a few days off to recall last week.  What a great time!!  Congrats to all who work to put the BB Tourney together.  If ever someone doesn't have a good time, it's their own fault.  Hell, even Sweeton did his usual great job!!  To hear his melodic tones, if only once a year, brings joy to my heart!!! (The hat did look good on ya Mike!!!!) Glad the $$ went higher...who knows next year????   A 3rd place wasn't bad, will work on the game!!  As usual, we met a lot of good friends again & a lot more new ones!!!  Right now, just trying to stay warm here in Ohio & looking at the summer race schedules & planning Tulsa next Jan.!!!!!!!!!!!!
