IRA 410 sprints were at Arlington for the first ever visit- Scott Winters in the R19 car posted fast time and pretty much ran away with the win. He was on a rail and seemed to pass 4-5 cars on turn 3-4 nearly every lap. Congrats to Scott Winters.
