Good news. The verdict is in, Ocean Speedway will race, and serve tri-tip sandwiches for at least 3 more years.
I hope this isn't just the slow death of a great little race track. When the neighborhood assholes start complaining about noise, it's usually the beginning of an all to common end for the fairgrounds.
