Bring back the 50/50 to the Chili Bowl! Prior to it being shut down, the payout was up around 10 grand. Since that time 50/50 drawings are being held all over the Tulsa area by fundraisers, schools and especially car shows. Why is it that it seems like all other organizations can have them without any issues and the Chili Bowl can't? Can someone in the know look into this and bring it back.
