I found this on Sprint Car Daily:

Tips for Dirtvision streaming


Once your connected to the internet go to this link: http://www.speedtest.net/ Click the Pyramid closest to you.
You need a download speed of at least 350kb to receive the stream without hesitation.
Dirtvision recommends that you delete your temporary internet files, and cookies.
Do not run any other programs during streaming video.
Over the course of the stop and restart the stream every hour or so. Make sure you do so before the feature.
