IT'S RPM RACE DAY! FRIDAY 7/19: Double SPRINT Features; Plus Mods & Stocks!
Don't miss tonight's great racing lineup at RPM Speedway in Crandall, Texas! There will be double features in the RaceSaver Sprint division, plus a complete show for the USRA Modifieds, Street Stocks, Factory Stocks and Limited Modifieds.
The forecast shows race time temperatures of the mid-80's (not a typo!) and dry, with temps dropping into the upper 70's during the racing program.
Here are the racing highlights for tonight, Friday July 19th:
- The RaceSaver Sprint Cars will start of their night with the rain delayed feature race from May 24 that pays $500 to win and $200 to start. There are 20 drivers locked into that race, and the starting field is already set (no new cars will qualify for this race). Then, they will have a complete program of heats and feature races (open to any and all RaceSaver teams) that pays $500 to win and $140 to start.
- The USRA Modifieds ($600/win and $100/start), Limited Modifieds ($500/win), Street Stocks ($400/win) and Factory Stocks ($300/win) will all run heats and features. There are no entry fees in any division. Reminder to Factory Stock teams: powerglide transmissions are legal - as long as the car races with asphalt pull off tires on all four corners.

PIT GATE OPENS at 5:30pm
GRANDSTANDS OPEN at 6pm
MANDATORY* WHEEL PACKING 7pm (ALL CARS, ALL CLASSES)
DRAW CUT OFF & HOT LAPS at 7:30pm SHARP
FIRST GREEN FLAG is at 8pm SHARP
REGULAR GRANDSTAND TICKET PRICES ($12 for adults) and pit passes ($30 for all ages) are in effect, with no driver entry fees in any division.
*Mandatory Wheel Packing from 7-7:30 for all cars in all classes. If your car does not wheel pack by 7:30 (at the time of the draw cutoff), you will start your heat race at the tail of the field and there are no passing points for those drivers. This applies to all drivers in all race divisions.
