Awesome video. Nice to see something like this about the people behind the scenes that make sprint car racing what it is.

Technology, at least the science of it, has come a bit of a ways since 1975, 76 when my Dad and I had control of Wilmot for the maintenance of the track for the IRA. We had someone grade, we had a sheepsfoot and an old farm tractor to pull it, and a beat up water truck. That was IT... I was a kid in High School so I thought it was a lot of fun to do it and went out there on Friday nights and threw some loads down, just to set up my Saturday. We also had the ability to use Calcium Chloride then and they can't nowadays because of environmental hazards. Those were the days.
