Three-time NASCAR Sprint Cup Champion Tony Stewart and Steve Mox of TSM Logistics, along with Chuck Bills of Ohio Logistics and Janet Holbrook and Aaron Call of CH Motorsports – owners of 4 time UNOH All Star Champion Tim Shaffer – are working together to provide transportation to deliver items to the victims of the Oklahoma tornado.

“We have had several race teams and fans from the Oklahoma area visit Fremont Speedway over the years and we want to help them get back on their feet. We have seen how that tornado has impacted so many lives and we know our fans and race teams are looking for a way to show we care. We will have a trailer at the track this weekend to collect items to be delivered to those people. Those folks are some pretty resilient people in Oklahoma and we know all they need is a helping hand and we will show them the race community is there to do just that,” said Fremont Speedway Promoter Rich Farmer.

A trailer will be located at the track to collect non-perishable items such as toiletries, bottled water, work gloves, tarps, rebuilding supplies, laundry items, coolers and cleaning supplies like buckets, gloves, dust makes, trash bags, flashlights, tarps, shovels and rakes and blankets. And please don’t forget the pets – pet food, treats and other supplies are also needed.

“A huge thank you to Tony Stewart and Steve Mox, Chuck Bills and Janet Holbrook and Aaron Call. They called right away and asked what they could do to help. We are just asking for the fans to stop at the store and pick up an item or two to help out,” said Farmer. “And if any race teams would like to donate some t-shirts I’m sure the race fans impacted by this tornado will wear them proudly.”
Of course race fans can also make monetary donations to the American Red Cross.
