|
For those of us who couldn't make it last weekend, how did it go in Fernley? How did the track hold up? How was the crowd? Did the program move along? Thanks for any details. We are thinking about getting to the next round at Fernley, but we've got to drive past 3 other tracks to get there.

The crowd on friday was sparse, was better on Sat. but only about half full at most. Weather, well it was windy all day/night fri. and it got a little cold but no dust in the stands. Sat. the wind put the dust into the stands so we went down to the turn 4/3 seating and was dust free. The food was pretty good. As for the racing, well I've seen worse races. The track was follow the leader till late in the race when the top got a little better, but all in all it was a ok race.
