Tri Valley Quarter Midget Association in Livermore, CA. is hosting the 2013 QMA Western Grand Nationals this July. The theme for this event is "Every legend has a beginning". As of today we have over 250 cars driven by the best under 18 year old kids in the country. We are seeking Sprint Car & Midget drivers for an autograph session on Opening Day July 4th.
