I remember seeing that list in the past. Thanks for posting it! It would be cool to update it to include River Cities/NOSA in North Dakota, along with the Monster Midwest Series in Illinois!

I agree, good information. I think the WoO payout is just for weekend shows. I'm thinking they were booking some week night shows for a much smaller purse.

I think mid week WoO shows last year paid $6000 to win and $500 to start.

I agree that Knoxille is the premier weekly show, but the question I have is the fairboard always talks about losing money on a weekly show, so what happens to the $2275 if there are no B mains. $950 for 410 B main, $1025 for 360 B main and $300 for 305 B main. Not that I want to start a big controversy cuz I don't care that much. Just curious because I know there were several night with no 410 or 305 B mains. Not as sure about the 360's.

You're the #2 SUPPORT CLASS, you shouldn't expect a purse as good as if you're the headliner.
This happens at all tracks all across the country, the headline class is the one with the best purse, and the support classes purses are not nearly as good as when they are the headliner at that same track (or at another track down the road).
To me, it seems as though Knoxville is trying to "encourage" 305 teams to move to 360's and the 360 teams to move to 410's by having the purse structure as it is (the basic car costs you the same, but you run for more $$ by moving up a class).
It's good business and creates a pipeline of new drivers/teams for the premier class.
If you dislike the Knoxville purse so much, don't race there.

It doesn't get paid...no different if only 20 cars show up, positions 21-24 don't get paid. The track isn't getting the revenue from those teams that don't show up.
