are you talking about the most recent WoO game? if you are, I can tell you that the game itself is so bad, no, no one plays it online. there are some guys that do a great job w online PC gaming, but nothing of note on a gaming console platform that I know of. hopefully they will do another game at some point & not eff it up (cough* forza *cough)

This game is awful. I bought it, kinda liked it, then immediately hated it.
It would be sweet if Turn 10, the makers of the Forza franchise, would make a dirt racing game. Not everyone wants to dork out on a computer just to play a game. There are reasons for gaming consoles.

I didn't have too many expectations for this game although it is nice to have a sprint car game to play on the current game console.
The physics lack severely.
I agree if Turn 10 or the makers of the old Collin Rae, now Dirt series could make a game that would be great!

agrred, turn 10 nails the perfect balance of realism, physics, gameplay, & just plain bad ass cars. more "racy" & fun compared to the gran turismo series, IMO.

I don't know if anyone is familiar with BOZ series, but that's pretty damn good. And yes, I would love to see the makers DIRT make a 410 game for PS3/360. I wouldn't have a life outside of that game.
Let's start a petition!

In addition to the BOZ sprints, I will soon be releasing the "Sprint Car Legends" add-on for rfactor that will feature mid/late 80's sprints. The physics were made by the same people that made the BOZ sprints.

Do you think there is even a slight chance that BOZ would ever be released on consoles?

I highly doubt it. If Bill could find a group of investors then it would be a possibility, but I still think that the focus would be on PC. The main reason for that being that almost every racing simulation/game with any longevity has to have a strong backing from independant "modders" that make additional content for the game on their own free time and available to the community. In fact, that's how we got things rolling over at BOZ. The only exception that comes to mind for that rule is iRacing and there are many people in the online racing community that stay away from them for that very reason.
As things stand right now with console gaming, it's possible to make add-on content for them under special circumstances. However, it's not something that has tended to be very succesfull to this point.
To put this in simpler terms, most people get bored with a racing game/simulation because they usually tend to be limited in content. The game ships out with a limited number of tracks, drivers and paint schemes. Traditionally, on a console that's all that you get. With a PC game, people like me can continue to make new things for the community and that tends to keep the level of interest and excitement at a higher level for a longer time.
