Just a reminder that Steel Drag Links, Tie Rods, and Rod Ends / Heim Joints are mandatory for the USAC National Sprint Car Shows at Canyon (OCT. 26-27) and Perris (NOV. 2-3). The rule is posted below:

310 Steering and Suspension

E. Drag links and tie rods be constructed of 4130 or magnetic steel 1.0 inch O.D. and 0.58 inch wall thickness with no swedging of ends. Magnetic heim joints (rod ends) mandatory on drag link and tie rod.
