URSS battles at the Bullring this Weekend, hear it live on RacinBoys RadioOberlin, KS - September 20, 2012

 Even though the fall season is quickly approaching and the temperatures are slowly cooling off, the action has never been hotter with the United Rebel Sprint Series. As the season draws to a close, drivers will gear up for a weekend double header as they make a final push for the URSS Championship. One of the headlining events remaining in 2012, the “Bull Ring Nationals” will give drivers that opportunity. Two nights of exciting wheel to wheel racing action are scheduled at LaCrosse, Kansas' Rush County Speedway this Saturday at 7pm, September 22nd and 4pm Sunday, September 23rd. Slated as two separate programs, each night will feature opportunities for drivers to earn coveted URSS National points as the season idles back. The two day event will mark the second and third appearance at the 1/4 mile speedway for Rick Salem's Rebels in 2012.
Earlier in the season, Jason Martin captured one of the most exciting victories in Rebel history edging Wichita's Josh Fairbank by a matter of inches on a last lap pass stealing the checkered flag. With three wins in 2012, Martin has also owned the Bull Ring taking the last three series events in LaCrosse dating back to 2011. Martin will be a marked man as he will be battling former Series Champion and current URSS National point leader Brian Herbert and young gunning Colorado point leader Jake Bubak as well as a host of other Rebel regulars.
