Donny was in Minot, ND yesterday helping with a food donation that was a result from him racing in the Prelude to the Dream race this year. All the top 10 finishers in the race were given a truckload of food from Feed the Children to donate where they choose. He partnered with Community Action Partners in Minot and helped out 400 families. Minot was devastated by a flood last summer and is still recovering and this donation was very welcome sight for many families around town. Thanks to Donny Schatz, Feed the Children, and the Tony Stewart Foundation for helping out Minot. Here are a few stories about the donation:

"Feed the Children" is a wonderful organization and one of the very few "charitable food groups" worthy of a contribution.

prolly came from the cupboards of his home in calistoga. congrats to donny on the event. any time "any" of us give back, we pay it forward.
Ascot was the greatest of all time..
