Billy Wallace's consistency paid off as he claimed his 2nd Marysville Raceway Park track championship in a row aboard his Mark Moore #1 sprinter and also claimed quick time Saturday night. Stephen Allard came up just a few points short of the Placerville Speedway track championship coming in 2nd in points and CJ Humphreys bounced back to a claim 5th in points. Charlie Cagle had another good run to finish out the season coming in 3rd Saturday at Placerville aboard the Mike Cagle #6C. Logan Forler placed 2nd Saturday night in the VanDyke 5H at Dodge City Raceway with the ASCS National guys showing consistency late in the season. Tony Bruce Jr. ran 2nd Sunday night at Dodge City with the ASCS National guys showing yet another strong run. Evan Margenson won Saturday's Midget portion of the Louie Vermeil Classic and came in with a solid 3rd place run Sunday aboard the family owned #50. Kyle Hirst set the quickest lap Saturday at the Louie Vermeil Classic and claimed the tire conserving victory Sunday aboard the Famous Rod Tiner #83 sprinter.
