Today, September 3rd is Dan Jorgensen's birthday. I worked on Dan's cars for several years which he and his son Jake Nicoson drove at Jackson Minnesota.. Althogh Dan only won 1 heat race in his racing career, 2011 was his last year, he always had a good word and smile on his face. His contribution to the 305 sprint car class at Jackson can not be forgotten.
I wish all owner & drivers were like Dan. A great racer and better person!
