After 5 inches of rain from the hurricane this week I don't think anyone thought the Northwest Missouri Fair Races would get off the ground, enter Mr. track prep, Mike Franks. Given enough equipment this guy could take a sand box or a mud puddle and turn it into a race track given a little time and some help. Thanks Mike.
