Why would you say that? He's running all his equipment that won 2 back to back championships with. You don't think that equipment can make it all the way into the main? The CAR OWNER is DIFFERENT the DRIVER and EQUIPMENT is NOT.

I don't think driving a 410 at Knoxville is like riding a bike. Hope he bangs the rust off first.

Jason hasnt exactly been the banner for success at knoxville when he has ran a full schedule. 2011-22nd A-Main 2010-9th C-Main 2009-24th A-Main 2008-2nd-A-Main 2007-4th in C-Main

You would think Jason would run Bloomington and The Ironman before stepping back on the stage at the Granddaddy of them All.Could be a few tweeks needed to get that Goodyear feeling back in the seat of your pants,even the greatest comebackers have rehearsed the scene before the "big" entrance. He probably still has that Charlie Garrett rocket motor under the bed just savin' it for this......we'll see want we.

He's also entered in hte 360 Nationals
I believe he mentioned on Winged Nation earlier this year that they may hit a couple weekly shows leading up to the Nationals as well.

Agreed. But hasn't alot of his bad finishes in the A-Main been due to mechanical failure? Other than the 2nd place in 2008 in which he probably would have won if not for a late race caution, it seems they either can't find the setup at all during the weekend or something breaks in the A-Main.

I bet he runs Oscaloosa, that's as close as you can get to Knoxville for a warm up ride. He has been showing up to 360 races in Hanford. I thought he would at least go to Dirt cup for $25K
