As long as the weather cooperates, a very busy evening of racing action is slated for Saturday night May 19 at the Cedar Lake Speedway. The UMSS winged sprints will attempt, for the third time, to run their $1,000 to win Spring Sprint Special along with the TSCS non-winged sprint cars. Four regular stock car racing divisions will also be on the program including the NASCAR late models, modifieds, midwest mods and pro stocks. The plate will be full with plenty of variety and plenty of exciting racing action at the western Wisconsin 3/8 mile high-banked dirt oval. Racing is scheduled to get underway at 6:00 pm with pit gates opening at 3:00. Sprint car hot laps should take place around 5:15-5:30 range. It's a beautiful sunny start to the day, so let's hope we can continue favorable weather through this evening.

:(

Strike Three! Mother Nature wins again, as the rains came just as the sprint car heat races were lining up on Saturday May 19 at the Cedar Lake Speedway. There will not be a raindate, so SAVE YOUR WRISTBANDS (pit passes) as they will be good for the July 28 UMSS show at CLS. The next UMSS races are scheduled for Friday May 25 at the St. Croix Valley Raceway and Saturday May 26 at the Rice Lake Speedway.
