I am not quite old enough to remember West Capitol Speedway but, I am a long time resident of Sacramento and a Sprint Car fan..I find myself day dreaming of dirt tracks returning to Sac. Feel Free to Share any fond memories that you may have of Dirt Track Racing and photo's! In the long run I would like to gain alot of support and bring this to the attention of the City of Sacramento city council. I know it seems to be a bit of a pipe dream but, I don't just wanna roll over and say it's over. We only do this as a group of loyal fans! BTW you do not have to be a local fan to like this page I want to show we have support all over the country.
There was a grassroots effort to keep the Sacramento Kings in Sacramento on Facebook and it certainty helped the cause to build a new facility.(400 million) there are more Dirt Track Fans across the country and world than there are Kings fans. Thanks for looking.
