DJ Safety Returns as USAC/CRA & WC360 Contingency Sponsor
The Amsoil USAC/CRA and USAC West Coast 360 Sprint Car Series would like to welcome the return of DJ Safety as a sponsor for the 2012 season. The Los Angeles, California based company specializes in setting the industry standards for racing safety equipment. Last season, DJ Safety awarded a fire suit to the highest finishing driver in the final points of both groups that did not already have a suit sponsor. Those honors went to Richard VanderWeerd, the USAC West Coast 360 Champion, and USAC/CRA's Austin Williams. In 2012, the team at DJ Safety is planning another special year-end award.

Last Saturday, the USAC/CRA series had a successful season opener with 37 cars in the pits at Perris Auto Speedway for the "Sokola Shootout." The USAC West Coast 360s are set to begin their 17 race campaign on March 8th with the ASCS Canyon Region at the Las Vegas "Sin City Showdown."
