There is a nice interview with Scott Gerkin on the WoO site. I've said the mid 90s were the best time in our sport. He mentions 95 being his proudest year which is what yielded the most intense season ever in 96. I still marvel at the talent and intensity that the Kinser camp had all together pre 95.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?
