Congrats to the 2012 Late Model Division Champion in the 13th Annual GRP Racing Trivia Contest, longtime sprint car fan (and late model fan) Ron Haugstad from Sioux Falls, SD. Ron posted a perfect 40 point score to slip past perennial front-runner Chris Stepan on the last lap!
With just about ten minutes to go, it appears as though Ray Beste will pull off the upset in the sprint car division while Stepan hold off all challengers for the mod title. Ray Beste also will likely win the Triple Play Award. A full report of the final day's action will be posted later on, as it is going to take me a LONG time to get it completed. There was plenty of action on the final day, as one would imagine.
