in Mt. Gambier, AU at the Borderline Speedway.
Johnson wasn’t the only one who found success on his FK shock package, as Factory Kahne Shocks nearly swept the podium.
Steven Lines started the night off for Factory Kahne as he led the field in time trials as he set quick-time.
Lines continued to show speed in the feature as he grabbed the lead
over Australian ace, Robbie Farr, with just two laps to go, but was
black flagged for contact with another car and sent to the back.
Young, California driver, Kyle Larson, returned to Australia for the
weekend and utilized his FK shock package to pick up the B-main win, and
then proceeded to thrill the Australian fans with a remarkable run to
second place behind Jason Johnson from his 17th starting position.
During the biggest race of the Australian season, The Classic, Shane
Stewart turned in the best performance on Sunday with Factory Kahne
shocks, as Stewart wheeled his Monte Motorsports entry to the B-main
win, before he charged forward to an eighth place finish from his 17th
starting position on the rubbered up track.
