WOULD THIS SATISFY YOUR NEED FOR SPEED---TOP 18 CARS IN TIME TRIALS GET TO RACE HEAT RACES. THEY THEN RUN 3 HEATS OF 6 CARS fOR 6 LAPS. TOP3 IN EACH HEAT GOES TO FINALS-THE OTHER 9 CARS GO TO B MAIN PLUS 3 CARS THAT DID NOT QUALIFY FOR HEART RACES. tHEY TAKE 3 CARS IN CONSY RACE TO FEATURE. feature race has 12 cars for 10 laps{ this is 1/5 th mile track. they had 5000 to 6000 fans at races . Midget racing was the only big time sport , then came TV and a pro base ball team. The jalophy races also became popular. Today we would feel cheated if a track ran 12 cars in a 10 lap race.

After peaking my interest I did a google serach of Cemar Midgets....
