Tuesday on Winged Nation we're lucky enough to have John Bickford in the studio with us!
Bickford introduced the racing world to his stepson, Jeff Gordon, back in the 1980s. As Jeff's mentor, Bickford raised his son through the ranks and got him to his somewhat successful NASCAR career. He is now Vice President and General Manager of Jeff Gordon, Inc.
Bickford has some great stories about traveling the country, the evolution of sprint car racing, and Jeff in his early days.
