I have a question for the Western Classic Sprint Series.
The series runs on dirt and pavement so to score points for the series do you have to run a dirt chassis on pavement to get the points for the Western Classic Series?

In short, no. Those doing the entire series most likely have multiple cars. There are some who just run pavement and no dirt though and vice-versa.

We have 7 teams that have run every race so far and each has both a pavement and a dirt car. Those cars are 3F Geoff Ensign, 3T Tim Barber, 5 Shauna Hogg, 14 Scott Pierovich, 56 Tony Hunt, 69 Kaiser Motorsports, and 93 Jerry Kobza. Not bad for a first year deal.

Who's driving the Kaiser car this weekend? Assume BK is @ Dirt Cup.

Well in my opinion (I know nobody cares) that's stupid lets add another series and to run for the championship make a owner have 2 different cars. If this is a classic series then it should be done the way it was, one car for both dirt and pavement. Does it make sense to have a series that runs both series. It gets 29 cars on dirt. The 3 pavement races get 15,18,16 cars yet only 7 owners have run all the races. Looking at this my feeling is there should be a dirt series and a pavement series. Oh wait there is one of those The Western series. But they go to Idaho and Utah. Might be better to have a Western and a Calif pavement series since the Western goes out of state and all the Classic Pavement races are in Calif. Makes no sense to have a SERIES that a whole 7 cars are running the full series out of a minimum 40 cars have run one race.

USAC and intelligent = oxymoron. They do need to keep the pavement around though because Hunt doesn't look to be figuring dirt out any time soon.
