I'm told 39 sprinters, 45 mordifieds and a front gate equal to the Cotton, and Starks is pretty speedy. Very encouraging for 2011.

Never been to Kings Speedway, will be their for the outlaws next month, Been to Tulare lots of times, Looking forward to get away from the harsh Alaska winter -6 right now. I will be flying down from Anchorage spending a week in Las Vegas watching the outlaws and nascar, then fly to Sacramento spend some time with family in Chico and watch the mini goldcup then drive down to Tulare and Hanford to see the Outlaws then fly out of Fresno. I wish I could stay longer and see Calistoga and Merced, but I will be lucky to have a job when I get back as it is. I guess I could always find a new job. LOL

i have been to tracks that sucked, this wasn't one of them. it got bumpy and chopped up, but it didn't suck. how many good cars has tulare flipped because it got bumpy? yet it still puts on great shows. everyone had to deal with the track, and most of them did it just fine.
as far as mention of some of the crowd leaving before the sprint main that was posted in another thread, they were most likely the door slammer crowd. the door slammer fans always get up and leave after their races. nothing new.
to indy and beyond!!
