The USAC Western Classic Racing Series will host an informational meeting on Sunday, December 19 at 3 p.m. at Race Place Motorsports in Sacramento, CA. We will be releasing schedules, rules, and introducing the officials and marketing team. All potential owners, drivers, and sponsors are invited to learn more about this new series for 2011 that will campaign traditional sprint cars and midgets on dirt and asphalt.

As long as they keep the competitor's costs down, it has a chance....but I don't forsee them forcing the teams that do compete to use 1 style of car... so you'll likely end up with having to have two cars - one dirt, and one asphalt....so the price will be double what it should be, since teams will need asphalt axles and hubs, as well as the different frames......
