Races sure didn't start at six like they said, took 40 minites to pull a car off the track that tapped the wall during hot laps, every 11th person in general admission had a puppy dog with them, for some insane reason. "Wut up wit datt??" I must have missed the give away or what ever , at the gate when I came in.

As for the racing! I never paid so little (ten bucks) for such a GREAT show! The locals were worth the price alone, let alone the great late models running. It was my understanding that most of these guys were from Missouri, great run show, and great clean all out racing on the drivers part.

Yeah The SMRS is really a good series that a lot of people don't know about. They do have some very good drivers though.Justin Wells got 6th in MARS points last year.Ken Essary was inducted into the Dirt Hall Of Fame last year.Les Essary has competed for MLRA and MARS titles. That race for 2nd,3rd and 4th was a great race for about 15 laps. That 00 was Ken's son-n-law so all 3 of them were kin in that great battle. My 11 year old son made the comment that that is the cleanest series we watch and after thinking about it I believe he was right. They will be back up there in oct for the spooker. The MSRA will have a 2 day show there in aug.The only time I go there is when the LM are there.

As for as the dogs,I seen one.I'm sure they were from Arkansas!LOL
