Blues Traveler's John Popper was arrested after being caught driving 111 MPH, and having pot, four rifles, nine handguns, a Taser and night vision goggles in his car. They were apparently unable to locate his attack sub, 8 spear guns and 17 tomahawk missles, lol….

He lives not too awfully far from Skagit, although I believe the arrest happened somewhere near Yakima.
