Just want to thank Joe Woods, Jr. and Mike Peters for coming over to South Coffeyville to race Saturday night with the ASCS Sooner Region.
I know there are quite a few more ASCS cars than just them two around the OKC area that could have raced! Thank you guys for leaving the porch

Glad they went, but doesn't Mike live and base that car out of Wichita, Kan.

Yes Kenny, he raced Friday at OKC then went home to Wichita to change engines and then drove to S. Coffeyville to race Saturday night

I'll second that notion Kelly. Really would like to see Danny Jennings get out and travel more........but he's probably havin a lot of fun just racing when he wants and not being bound by points. I do wonder if he will run for points at OKC tho.................
Not only did Peters and Wood leave the porch........but they both made the A Main. Peters had good runs both nights and Wood keeps gaining more seat time at different tracks all over. Just a matter of time.......and probably not much.........before he will be a very serious contender in the Sooner Region.
I'll be suprised if Passmore, Goodman, Essary and a few others don't quit runnin OCRS and start runnin ASCS Sooner and some National. jmo
