Scott Winters will have a new crew chief in 2010. Guy
Forbrook will be turning the wrenches for the #23w team.
The teams first race will be with the World of Outlaws at Las Vegas Motor Speedway on
February 26.
I MYSELF HAVE BEEN WONDERING WHEN THESE TWO WOULD BECOME A TEAM.

I think this could be a great combo,,,, Scott is not affraid to step on the gas and have proven he is easy on equipment.
