Brandon Wimmer won tonight's GSC feature at Placerville. He was followed by Ronnie Day and Sean Becker.

Placerville driver Andy Gregg led 29 laps before he and Wimmer made contact off of turn two which resulted in Gregg getting upside down.

Fast time was set by Sacramento's Willie Croft. 27 cars competed in the 5th round of action for the Golden State Challenge Series.

Sean Becker unnofifically leaves with the point lead in the Fisher/Main Motorsports 35m.

Next Saturday GSC will be at Tulare's Thunderbowl Raceway for Round 6.
