car owner Dennis Roth talks with Kenny Takiuchi, former announcer of the old san jose (paved) speedway, about old times and their opinions on racing today. at one point kenny congradulates roth for being a local area car owner who has won the woo championship. at the time i thought kenny was refering to winning races because i don't recall roth being fortunate enough to have won that...yet. if i am the one that is clueless....well, what else is new! still, congrats to Dennis and his whole team for not only their win at this years trophy cup, but for doing it from the back. we are fortunate to have Kenny, also known as "chopsticks" back in the day, still interested in the sport and involved in keeping the history of california racing alive as he is currently working on a book about the subject.
