Congrats to Jason Meyers on beating out Joey Saldana for the main event win with the Outlaws tonight in Spencer, Iowa. Sounded like an incredible race between the two. With Donny Schatz finishing sixth in the feature the points chase has to be even tighter now as Jason looks to become the first California driver to win the title.

Way to go Jason! Gotta love the Saldana interview, "Had a great car, just got beat driving." Imagine those words coming out of Schatz mouth.:)
Meyers trails Schatz by just just 17 points with 10 point races left.

Incredible race last night.
Track was the best they have ever had since this races inception.
Meyers and Saldana up front and TMac and Schatz duking it out for 5th and 6th I believe.
Steve coming up 10 spots and Dollansky up 7. It wasnt possible to watch it all happen.
It was so good, that we decided to make the trek to Deer Creek on Saturday for the makeup race.
Good luck to Jason in his quest for the chapionship.
