Knoxville's website had some information on who was driving some of the more high profile local area cars. You might check there if you haven't.

I'm pretty sure I read (maybe on the ASCS site) That Wayne is running the 94 car on the ASCS tour...Could be wrong though...

It should be another exciting year...I would know a little more if I didn't get layed off of the Knoxville website gig, but I can tell you a little bit about some of the changes I've heard (I've confirmed few):

Alley is now in the 55, Moore Jr. returns in the 17G, Forbrook is rumored weekly with Lindquist, Jerry Potter's son Jack is in the 47, Moro to 360s, Pinegar returns in Weeks 00 in the 360s, Corbin to 410s in the 15, Davey Heskin to 410s, Logan back in the 10, Mike Deavers from Lincoln, IL will run weekly in his 72, Reinke will race Knoxville more this year

These are a few of the changes, it will be hard to top last year's championship race in the 410s, but I'm ready for April!

Bill, what happened to your Knoxville website gig?

I was told last December that the job I did was outstanding, but they were going to do the website in-house this season...

If anyone has a website/PR to maintain, I can add to my list that includes www.TerryMcCarl.com, thanks...

Well Bill what A bummer about this k-ville deal, I would like to say thanks for the great job you did last year reporting back on these message boards on all the races you attended besides k-ville!!! I looked forward to these reports as they where well written. Is something you will continue to do in the future? Thanks

Maintaining the track's website, points, car/owner participation, driver bios/photos, past results, history, P.R, pit photos, pre-entry lists, etc., etc., had nothing to do with my webpage on Hosehead's (Bill W's Knoxville News).

This will be my 11th year partnering with Allan Holland, so yes, the results and race reports will still be forthcoming, probably starting with Paducah the first weekend in April...thanks for the kind words...and Hot Rod Pattison and I will still be broadcasting every Knoxville race live on www.AmericanDirtNetwork.com.

Knoxville is usually synonomous with good decision making but I think they missed the boat on that one. I always look forward to you & Justins columns. The best out there in my book.. See you in a few...

Sounds too simple, but I gave up worrying, or even caring about who anyone says would be racing at Knoxville BEFORE the season starts. Have heard too many stories that never come true. Show up opening night and you'll see who is going to be in what car. And that's not guaranteed to be true 10 nights in. Bummer about the website Bill, you were making some real improvements. Hope whoever the in-house person is they know as much as you and care as much as you. See you there, and yes, Larry Pinegar will be in my car, looking forward to that.

Did Stevie take the Kiwi Airlines sponsorship with him?

BTW, I still owe you some plaques, email me a picture and who they are to be for.

The Knoxville site doesn't appear to be updated as often or as interesting, but I may be a bit patial. Bill added class to the top race facility in the country, I hope this decision is reversed down the road. Bill was the original at what he does here on Hoseheads and the best, Carly Simon had it right, Nobody Does It Better.....
