Stan Meissner of RACEMN.COM had the opportunity to visit with Steve Sinclair, President of the Interstate Racing Association Outlaw Sprint Car Series. Steve talks about his background in racing, how he became the IRA President and their upcoming visit to Superior and Rice Lake on May 29 and 30. Steve also discusses the Masters at Cedar Lake, their first ever visit to the dirt covered Elko Speedway and stops at the Deer Creek and Eagle Valley Speedways. Stan and Steve speculate about some of the part time Outlaw drivers that will be racing with the IRA as well as the local drivers that will be racing with them.
